About the Role
TUS Media is seeking a highly motivated and experienced English teacher to join their team. As an English teacher for children, you will be responsible for creating and delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of young learners. You will have the flexibility to choose your availability and work online, in-person, or a combination of both. The demand for English tutoring for children continues to grow, and TUS Media is committed to providing high-quality lessons that make a real difference in the lives of their students.The role entails working with children of various ages and skill levels, developing and implementing lesson plans, and continuously assessing and evaluating student progress. You will be part of a dynamic team of teachers who are passionate about education and dedicated to providing exceptional learning experiences.
What You Will Do
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive English lessons for children of various ages and skill levels
- Create and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of young learners
- Continuously assess and evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback
- Work closely with the TUS Media team to ensure high-quality lessons and excellent customer service
- Choose your availability and work online, in-person, or a combination of both
- Prepare and deliver lessons that are tailored to the needs of each student
- Use a range of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning
- Monitor student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and the TUS Media team
What We Are Looking For
- A good level of English (B2-C1 recommended or higher)
- Experience working with children and teaching in a fun, interactive way
- Previous teaching experience is a plus, but not required
- Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the needs of young learners
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools
- Knowledge of child development and learning theories
- Certification in teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL)
- Experience working with students of various ages and skill levels
