## About the Role As an English teacher for children at TUS Media, you will be responsible for providing engaging and interactive lessons to young learners in Madrid or remotely. This role is ideal for educators who are passionate about teaching English in a fun and dynamic way. You will be part of a team of dedicated teachers who share a common goal of helping children learn and grow. As a teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with students of various ages and skill levels, from beginners to advanced learners. You will be expected to plan and deliver lessons that cater to the needs of your students, using a range of teaching methods and materials. You will also be required to assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills. ## What You Will Do - Plan and deliver English lessons to children of various ages and skill levels - Use a range of teaching methods and materials to engage students and promote learning - Assess student progress and provide feedback to help them improve their language skills - Create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages students to participate and interact - Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of your students - Use digital tools and resources to enhance teaching and learning - Communicate with parents and guardians to inform them of student progress - Participate in training and professional development to improve teaching skills and knowledge - Contribute to the development of teaching materials and resources - Collaborate with other teachers to share best practices and ideas ## What We Are Looking For - Good level of English (B2-C1 recommended or higher) - Experience working with children and teaching in a fun, interactive way - Previous teaching experience (desirable but not required) - Digital skills and ability to use online teaching platforms and tools - Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Flexibility and adaptability in the face of changing circumstances - Passion for teaching and learning, and a commitment to helping children develop their language skills ## Nice to Have - Experience with online teaching platforms and digital tools - Knowledge of child development and learning theories - Ability to speak Spanish (desirable but not required) - Experience working with students with special needs - Certification in teaching English as a foreign language (e.g. TEFL, TESOL) ## Benefits and Perks - Flexible schedule (you choose your availability) - Online, in-person, or hybrid classes - No minimum working hours required - Pay between €15 and €30 per hour - Opportunity to work with a dynamic and supportive team - Professional development and training opportunities - Chance to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners - Remote work options available
