As a key member of the Fluentbe team, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective online English lessons to students of all ages and skill levels. You will work closely with the Fluentbe team to develop and refine your teaching skills, and contribute to the ongoing development of the company's teaching materials and methods.
What You Will Do
- Teach online English lessons to students of all ages and skill levels
- Develop and refine your teaching skills through training and mentoring
- Create and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans
- Utilize digital tools and technology to enhance the learning experience
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and refine teaching materials and methods
- Provide feedback and support to students to help them achieve their language learning goals
- Participate in regular team meetings and professional development opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in language teaching and learning
- Contribute to the ongoing development of the company's teaching materials and methods
What We Are Looking For
- A teaching qualification, such as a degree in English Philology, CELTA, or TEFL
- Experience teaching English as a foreign language, either online or in a traditional classroom setting
- Strong digital skills, including familiarity with online teaching platforms and tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
