The Enhanced Direct Enrollment Product Owner role at Element Solutions is a pivotal position that supports a federal government healthcare program. What You Will Do
- Define and prioritize product backlogs based on business needs and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop product requirements
- Work closely with development teams to deliver high-quality products
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps and release plans
- Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to inform product decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and product guides
- Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop and execute testing plans
- Analyze data and metrics to inform product decisions and measure product success
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 8-12+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles
- At least 5+ years of experience in healthcare, health insurance, or regulated government healthcare programs
- Strong Agile product ownership skills and experience with Agile methodologies
- Experience working in regulated healthcare environments and managing complex workflows
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
Nice to Have
- Experience with healthcare IT systems and electronic health records
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
