## About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive, you'll play a critical role in driving ElevenLabs' growth in the Australian market, focusing on Fortune 500 and large-scale enterprises. Your day-to-day will involve building and managing a growing portfolio of new accounts across various industries, identifying new business opportunities, and developing a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape. You'll be part of a dynamic team that prioritizes talent over location, working closely with customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure seamless onboarding and support.
The role entails strategic partnership building, account strategy development, and executing plans to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals. ## What You Will Do - Build and manage a growing portfolio of new accounts across industries, focusing on conversational AI adoption - Identify new business opportunities where ElevenLabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive user engagement, automation, or cost efficiency - Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI landscape, including customer use cases, competitive solutions, and emerging trends - Demonstrate expertise in conversational AI and how ElevenLabs' voice technology can unlock value across customer support, virtual agents, in-app assistants, and more - Develop and execute account strategies to expand ElevenLabs' presence within key enterprise verticals - Partner closely with customer success and solutions engineering teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends and developments - Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine sales strategies and pitches - Provide feedback and insights to the product development team to inform product roadmap decisions
## What We Are Looking For - 5+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably in the tech or software industry - Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding existing accounts - Strong understanding of the conversational AI landscape and its applications - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal bureaucracy - Strong proficiency in Excel and other sales tools - Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or large-scale enterprises - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
