About the Role

What You Will Do
- Lead the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, with midsize and large organizations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at prospective organizations
- Conduct deep discovery calls with prospects to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Leverage tools like Outreach and LinkedIn to consistently engage prospects and build pipeline
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive growth and expansion
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales team and leadership to inform sales strategy and improve performance
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the DoorDash platform and its capabilities
- Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective organizations
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working in a high-volume inside or outside sales environment
- Experience selling to medium to large businesses
- Strong background in sales, with a proven track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate sales and internal tools quickly, including Salesforce and Excel
