About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Rippling is a unique opportunity for talented and ambitious sales professionals to drive growth and expansion in the enterprise market. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing high-velocity sales cycles, developing tailored solutions for large enterprise customers, and providing exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on consultative sales, you will work closely with customers to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on how to leverage Rippling's platform to achieve their goals.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a wide range of customers, from small startups to large enterprises, and develop a deep understanding of their business operations and challenges. You will also be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth and expansion.

What You Will Do
- Sell into prospects with up to 1000 employees and develop tailored solutions to meet their business needs
- Become a product expert across Rippling's entire platform and stay up-to-date on the latest features and developments
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion in the enterprise market
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales engineering and customer success, to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Utilize MEDDPICC sales methodology to qualify opportunities and navigate the sales cycle
- Manage pipeline in Salesforce to accurately forecast revenue on a monthly basis
- Achieve quota attainment consistently and drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, and adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Work closely with the sales development representative to generate pipeline and drive growth
What We Are Looking For
- BA/BS degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing
- 4+ years of sales experience, particularly in SaaS markets selling B2B
- Proven track record of outbound acquisition sales and experience carrying a M+ annual quota
- Strong understanding of the SaaS market and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles
- Experience selling HRIS/HCM software and/or a B2B platform to business users
- Ability to utilize Salesforce to manage pipeline and forecast revenue
Nice to Have
- Experience with MEDDPICC sales methodology and the ability to apply it in a sales context
- Knowledge of the HR, IT, and finance industries, and the ability to understand the challenges and opportunities faced by customers in these industries
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment, with the ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and customers
- Strong understanding of sales engineering and the ability to work closely with sales engineers to drive revenue growth
