About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Fivetran is a pivotal position that will drive the company's aggressive new customer and partner revenue goals while expanding its footprint in the Enterprise market. This full-time, remote position requires the selected candidate to be based out of California in the United States. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Enterprise market and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.As part of the sales team, the Enterprise Account Executive will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth and adoption of Fivetran's data solutions in the Enterprise Market. This will involve leading in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their data challenges and demonstrate how Fivetran's solutions can provide valuable long-term customer engagements. The ability to speak comfortably about Fivetran's vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors, is essential.
The Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for seeking out and landing deals with new Enterprise target accounts and then looking to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion. This role requires a results-driven individual who can build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and drive revenue growth through strategic sales cycles.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, alliances, operations, and analytics to drive pipeline generation and exceed revenue goals.
- Accelerate the growth and adoption of Fivetran in the Enterprise Market through value-driven sales cycles.
- Lead in-depth discovery sessions with potential clients to understand their data challenges and identify required capabilities and positive business outcomes.
- Speak comfortably about Fivetran's vision to a broad range of audiences, from C-level executives to individual contributors.
- Seek out and land deals with new Enterprise target accounts, then look to grow their footprint with Fivetran through new use cases, cross-sells, and expansion.
- Build strategic relationships with key decision-makers and drive revenue growth through strategic sales cycles.
- Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Fivetran's presence within Enterprise accounts.
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales engineering team to develop and deliver sales demonstrations and proof of concepts.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the data solutions or software industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets in an Enterprise sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the Enterprise market and the ability to identify new sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
- Experience with CRM software and sales automation tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
