About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Twilio represents a unique opportunity to join a pioneering company in the cloud communications space. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand Twilio's footprint in the DACH region.
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new high-value enterprise clients, leveraging your network and market knowledge to uncover opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key decision-makers at existing and prospective client organizations.
- Collaborate with the sales engineering team to deliver compelling product demonstrations and proofs of concept.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that meet both the client's needs and Twilio's business objectives.
- Work closely with the customer success team to ensure seamless handovers and high customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to continually enhance your sales strategy and approach.
- Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders on market conditions, customer needs, and sales performance.
What We Are Looking For
- A minimum of 6 years of experience in enterprise sales, preferably within the cloud communications, software, or telecommunications industries.
- A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a quota-driven environment.
- Strong experience in solution-based selling, with the ability to articulate complex technical and financial details in a simple, compelling manner.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with Fortune 500 companies or similar large enterprises, with a deep understanding of their challenges and buying behaviors.
- Familiarity with cloud communications platforms, APIs, and related technologies, or a willingness to rapidly develop this expertise.
- Fluency in German, with excellent English language skills.
