About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive at Elevenlabs, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth across Germany's largest enterprises. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, enabling clients to leverage the company's industry-leading models and ElevenAgents platform to reimagine their customer experience, internal workflows, and monetization strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major German organizations. You will be responsible for building and managing a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and leading consultative sales cycles.

What You Will Do

  • Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across Germany, with a focus on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities
  • Identify new business opportunities where Elevenlabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency
  • Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the conversational AI market and the competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Provide feedback to the product team on customer needs and market trends
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of sales activities, including pipeline management and forecasting
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, including new technologies and innovations
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at major German organizations

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major organizations
  • Strong knowledge of the conversational AI market and the competitive landscape
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Experience with Excel and other sales tools
  • Fluency in German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate the value of AI voice technology to senior executives and economic buyers
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong sense of urgency and a focus on results
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams

  • Experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Knowledge of the German market and business culture
  • Experience with data analysis and sales forecasting
  • Certification in sales or a related field
  • Fluency in additional languages, such as English
