About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Executive at GitKraken, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and managing key accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with existing customers, and develop strategies to expand GitKraken's presence in the market. With a strong focus on developer experience and DevOps, you will help customers streamline their workflows, improve collaboration, and increase productivity.The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly in the dev tools and software development space. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand GitKraken's presence in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing relationships
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging GitKraken's DevEx platform and building strong relationships with key decision-makers
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and customer success, to develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the tech industry, particularly in the dev tools and software development space
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies, leveraging this knowledge to drive sales strategies and expand GitKraken's presence in the market
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales plans, providing feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement
- Develop and maintain sales forecasts, providing accurate and timely updates to the sales team and leadership
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, particularly in the tech and dev tools space
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing key accounts
- Strong understanding of the tech industry, particularly in the dev tools and software development space
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management, with the ability to provide accurate and timely updates
- Strong knowledge of dev tools, including GitHub, GitLab, Microsoft's Azure DevOps, and Docker
- Experience working with regulated industries or security-conscious companies, including GDPR, SOC2, and ISO 27001

- Experience working in a startup environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing circumstances and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with product telemetry and analytics, with the ability to leverage data to drive sales strategies and expand GitKraken's presence in the market
