About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive - Healthcare at Zoom, you will be at the forefront of driving the adoption of AI-powered communication and collaboration platforms within the healthcare sector. Your day-to-day responsibilities will revolve around engaging with existing customers and new prospects to sell the full Zoom portfolio, with a focus on building trusted relationships with C-suite decision-makers. The role is part of the Zoom Healthcare team, which is dedicated to advancing the company's mission to deliver AI-powered platforms that redefine healthcare delivery and patient experiences.

The Healthcare sales team operates with a defined geographic territory in mind, focusing on Enterprise accounts. This means you will have the opportunity to work closely with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry, understanding their unique challenges and tailoring Zoom's solutions to meet their needs. What You Will Do

  • Qualify sales opportunities and identify prospect requirements for acquiring new accounts and expanding existing ones.
  • Engage in discussions with senior executives to address organizational priorities and showcase strategic benefits effectively.
  • Create and deliver client demonstrations, presentations, proposals, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) effectively and professionally to meet client expectations.
  • Apply solution-focused and value-driven methodologies to progress opportunities and finalize agreements.
  • Drive account expansion by implementing strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leadership to provide precise forecasts, uncover trends and risks, and propose actionable strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, including its challenges, trends, and regulatory environment.
  • Stay updated on Zoom's product offerings and be able to articulate their value proposition to potential and existing clients.

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of Account Executive experience with a proven track record in enterprise software sales.
  • Demonstrated expertise in selling Unified Communications, Enterprise Telephony, Contact Center, or Artificial Intelligence solutions.
  • Ability to identify new opportunities, grow client relationships, and maintain existing business partnerships effectively.
  • Advanced negotiation abilities to structure and finalize intricate agreements involving multiple stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in forecasting, developing pipelines, and managing pipeline operations effectively.
  • Expertise in software lifecycle sales and enterprise contracts.
  • A proven ability to close deals and surpass sales targets consistently.
  • Ability to travel regularly as required by the role.
