About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive - Hunter at Flexport, you will play a critical role in driving the company's revenue growth by building and maintaining a healthy book of business. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and executing sales strategies, and providing exceptional customer service to existing clients.

What You Will Do

  • Build and maintain a healthy book of business by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand customer relationships
  • Provide exceptional customer service to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, ocean, air, trucking, and customs, to drive a best-in-class customer experience
  • Lead monthly and quarterly business meetings with existing clients to help them effectively plan for upcoming business
  • Navigate, bundle, and sell Flexport's suite of products across the supply chain and shipment lifecycle
  • Lead the customer onboarding process, leveraging internal resources and teams to ensure a seamless transition
  • Consult with new clients to understand their supply chain needs and develop value-add solutions
  • Share best practices with the broader sales team in peer learning sessions

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industries
  • At least 2 years of experience in a full-cycle sales role, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and transportation systems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to connect in both virtual and face-to-face environments
  • Ability to learn quickly, with a strong work ethic and a burning desire to grow into a top sales executive
  • Competitive and creative drive to win over customers and think outside the box to get a deal done
  • Demonstrated ability to run a structured sales process and build long-term commercial relationships

  • Experience with Excel and other sales and marketing tools
