About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Kyra is a critical component of the company's growth strategy. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the acquisition of new enterprise clients and the expansion of existing relationships. Your day-to-day activities will involve navigating complex sales cycles, building high-impact pipelines, and tailoring proposals to meet the unique needs of each client.In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a range of high-profile brands across various industries, including fashion, luxury, beauty, tech, and entertainment. Your expertise in influencer marketing and paid media will be essential in developing creative and performance-driven solutions that meet the needs of these clients.
You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, including Strategy, Product, and Campaigns, to develop and deliver innovative marketing solutions. Your ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally, will be critical in building strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive full-cycle sales, from prospecting to negotiation and close
- Build high-impact pipelines by identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities
- Develop and tailor high-stakes proposals rooted in data, trends, and business outcomes
- Engage in consultative selling to uncover complex challenges and position Kyra as a strategic solution
- Forecast and close sales, maintaining accurate CRM records and meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Stay up-to-date with broader digital, creator economy, and media industry trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver marketing solutions
- Represent Kyra at industry events and in strategic forums as a trusted advisor
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Kyra's products and services
- Provide input and feedback to internal stakeholders to improve sales strategies and processes
What We Are Looking For
- 3-4 years of experience in consultative or enterprise sales, ideally in influencer marketing or a related field
- Proven success in closing mid-to-large deals with enterprise marketing teams
- Understanding of creator/influencer marketing and paid media
- Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and ability to connect brand needs to creative solutions
- Outstanding communication and storytelling skills, with comfort in boardroom conversations
- Highly organized and accountable, with strong pipeline management habits and experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce
- Self-starter with a growth mindset and bias toward action, especially in remote settings
- Collaborative and coachable, with a team-first mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving culture
