About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Elevenlabs is a key position that entails driving revenue growth by managing and expanding a portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands. As a strategic partner and trusted advisor, the successful candidate will work closely with clients to leverage Elevenlabs' industry-leading AI voice technology, including the company's end-to-end platform for building and deploying AI voice agents, ElevenAgents. This role is crucial in helping Elevenlabs meet its revenue goals and expanding its presence in the Dutch market.As part of the sales team, the Enterprise Account Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, leading consultative sales cycles, and developing compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers. The ideal candidate will have a well-established network and a proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major Dutch organizations.

What You Will Do
- Build and manage a growing portfolio of enterprise accounts across the Netherlands, focusing on Financial Services & Insurance, Telecommunications, Healthcare, and Utilities
- Identify new business opportunities where Elevenlabs' conversational AI capabilities can drive customer engagement, contact center automation, and operational efficiency
- Lead consultative, multi-stakeholder sales cycles, building compelling business cases that translate AI voice technology into measurable business value for senior executives and economic buyers
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the Dutch enterprise market, including key trends, challenges, and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to drive business growth and expand Elevenlabs' presence in the market
- Provide strategic guidance and support to clients, helping them to leverage Elevenlabs' AI voice technology to achieve their business goals
- Continuously monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to optimize results
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at major Dutch organizations, including C-level executives and senior managers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and stay ahead of the competition
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the technology or software industry, with a focus on enterprise accounts
- Proven track record of selling to C-level and senior decision-makers at major organizations
- Strong network in the Dutch enterprise scene, with established relationships with key decision-makers
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and present compelling business cases
- Experience with AI voice technology or related fields, such as natural language processing or machine learning
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or computer science
- Fluency in Dutch and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
