About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role at Elevenlabs is a unique opportunity to drive business growth through strategic account management. As a key member of the Strategic Accounts team, you'll be responsible for owning and growing a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across North Asia and Singapore. This is a chance to work with a cutting-edge AI research and product company that's transforming the way we interact with technology.In this role, you'll be working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable outcomes and bring field intelligence directly into the product roadmap. You'll have the autonomy to develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases. With a strong focus on excellence and innovation, you'll be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
As a high-impact Strategic Account Executive, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's pushing the boundaries of what's possible with AI. You'll have the opportunity to work with a range of enterprise segments, including FSI, technology, e-commerce, and government-linked corporations.
What You Will Do
- Own and grow a focused portfolio of strategic accounts across North Asia and Singapore
- Develop and execute multi-year account strategies across business units, geographies, and use cases
- Identify, scope, and close large, complex deals
- Build multi-threaded executive relationships and position yourself as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver measurable outcomes
- Bring field intelligence directly into the product roadmap
- Architect custom solutions that combine Elevenlabs' technology and services
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies
- Provide feedback and insights to the product team to inform product development
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales or a related field
- Strong understanding of AI-driven solutions and their applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams
- Strong knowledge of Excel and other sales tools
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, computer science)
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth through strategic account management
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-powered solutions
- Knowledge of the North Asia and Singapore markets
- Familiarity with sales tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot
- Certification in sales or a related field
