About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive position at Sprinto is a unique opportunity for a driven sales professional to own and develop a greenfield territory in the US. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing target accounts, building relationships with key decision-makers, and driving full-cycle deals from initial outreach to close. Your success will be measured by your ability to close net new enterprise logos and expand Sprinto's presence in the US market.Sprinto is a fast-paced and innovative environment that values collaboration and creativity. What You Will Do
- Own and develop a greenfield territory in the US, focusing on building relationships with CISOs, VP Engineering, and Heads of Compliance at companies with 2,500 to 5,000 employees
- Identify and prioritize target accounts, using a replicable system to focus on high-value opportunities
- Run full-cycle, multi-threaded deals, leveraging your knowledge of security workflows and compliance requirements to drive sales conversations
- Collaborate with Solutions Consultants and SDRs to bring the right support into deals at the right moment
- Forecast sales activity and revenue with discipline and accuracy, managing a pipeline that reflects reality rather than optimism
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sprinto's products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Contribute to the development of Sprinto's sales strategy, sharing insights and best practices with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth
- Stay organized and manage multiple deals simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
What We Are Looking For
- A background in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity, GRC, or compliance industry
- A track record of carrying and exceeding a quota of M or more as an individual contributor, sustained across at least two consecutive years
- Experience selling technical products to CISO, VP Engineering, or CTO buyers, with the ability to hold a credible conversation about security workflows and compliance requirements
- A focused account prioritization system, with the ability to explain exactly how you decide which accounts to target and why
- Comfort with ambiguity and a genuine appetite for the blank canvas, with experience building from zero before
- Working knowledge of MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or Force Management applied consistently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key decision-makers
- A strong understanding of the sales process, with the ability to forecast sales activity and revenue with discipline and accuracy
Nice to Have
- Experience working with AI-native GRC platforms or similar technologies
- A deep understanding of the US market, with experience selling to companies with 2,500 to 5,000 employees
- Familiarity with sales tools and technologies, such as CRM software and sales automation platforms
- A certification in sales or a related field, such as a CPSA or a CISM
- Experience working in a fast-paced and innovative environment, with a focus on collaboration and creativity
