## About the Role As an Enterprise Account Executive at Wiz, you will be responsible for driving new business and expanding existing relationships within the enterprise segment. You'll lead strategic sales cycles, engaging with technical and executive stakeholders to solve complex security challenges and influence long-term security strategies. Wiz is a fast-growing startup that has redefined security for the AI era, and you'll be working alongside a talented team of professionals who share a passion for innovation and customer success. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing and executing territory strategies to drive revenue growth, demonstrating an intimate understanding of Wiz's cloud security solutions, and positioning and advising CISO-level executives with industry point-of-view business insights. You'll work closely with customers to understand their business needs, build relationships, and provide tailored solutions to help them achieve their goals. You'll report to the Regional Director of South Korea and work closely with a team of Wiz professionals who focus on customer success, solutions engineering, and product development. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, think strategically, and communicate effectively will be essential in driving growth and securing cloud environments. ## What You Will Do - Develop and execute territory strategies to drive revenue growth within Enterprise accounts - Demonstrate an intimate understanding of Wiz Cloud Security Solutions and their value to customers - Position and advise CISO-level executives with industry point-of-view business insights - Conduct deep research and account planning to engage senior security decision-makers - Lead multi-threaded sales engagements, collaborating with technical buyers and executive sponsors - Align with Wiz's partner ecosystem to optimize market opportunity - Build effective working relationships with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Product, Marketing, Delivery, and Executive teams - Continuously learn about the latest cybersecurity threats and trends to stay ahead of the curve - Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Wiz's sales processes and methodologies - Utilize sales tools and technologies to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency ## What We Are Looking For - 7+ years of experience in SaaS or security sales, selling to large Enterprise accounts - Proven track record in complex sales cycles, including multi-stakeholder negotiations - Strong ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, customer success, and sales operations teams - Proficient in value-based solution selling, with a keen focus on delivering tangible business outcomes - Strong understanding of effective sales processes and methodologies, such as MEDDPICC or Command of the Message - Ability to partner with sales engineering to drive technical evaluations - Consultative and professional approach to engaging with customers - Exceptional communication, operational command, and strategic thinking skills - Proven ability to manage accounts in cloud or cybersecurity ecosystem to elevate business growth ## Nice to Have - Experience with cloud security solutions and AI-powered platforms - Familiarity with Google's Threat Intelligence and Security Operations - Knowledge of cybersecurity trends and threats - Certification in sales or cybersecurity (e.g., CISSP, CEH) - Experience working with Fortune 100 companies or similar large enterprises ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a fast-growing startup and contribute to its growth and success - Collaborative and dynamic work environment with a talented team of professionals - Flexible remote work arrangements and stipends - Access to the latest sales tools and technologies - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Recognition and reward for outstanding performance and contributions - Comprehensive health and wellness programs - Generous paid time off and vacation policy
