About the Role
The Enterprise Account Manager role at The Access Group is a key position that requires building and maintaining strong relationships with large enterprise customers in the Hospitality, Food and Beverage sector. As a trusted partner, you will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities for growth, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will be expected to work independently, with a high degree of autonomy and responsibility. You will be managing a portfolio of large enterprise customers, and you will be responsible for developing and executing account plans that drive growth and retention. You will also be working closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product, to ensure that customers receive the best possible service and support.
What You Will Do
- Own and manage a portfolio of large enterprise customers, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth
- Develop and execute account plans that drive growth and retention, with a focus on understanding customer needs and identifying opportunities for expansion
- Work closely with internal teams, including Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Product, to deliver tailored solutions and ensure customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and IT Directors
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, with a focus on expanding existing relationships and identifying new areas for growth
- Develop and deliver business reviews and presentations, with a focus on showcasing value and return on investment
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements, with a focus on driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement strategic plans, with a focus on driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Travel up to 15% of the time, with a focus on meeting with customers and attending industry events
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise account management, customer success, or relationship-based sales
- Proven track record of retaining and growing large enterprise accounts, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving business growth
- Strong commercial acumen, with the ability to identify expansion opportunities and lead renewal negotiations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with senior stakeholders
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and tools such as Claude, Clari, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Experience working in the Hospitality, Food and Beverage sector, with a focus on understanding industry trends and challenges
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and develop insights that drive business growth
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience, with an MBA being a plus
