About the Role
The Enterprise Account Manager position at Quest Software is a critical role that involves developing and executing strategic prospecting plans to win deals with the largest enterprise customers in the UK. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and Heads of Data. Your day-to-day activities will include identifying new business opportunities, understanding customers' data strategies, and positioning Quest's Trusted Data Management Platform as a strategic solution to help organizations build trusted, intelligent data ecosystems.The successful candidate will be part of a global team of innovators who are passionate about helping organizations get AI-ready. You will have the opportunity to work closely with solution engineering, services, and partner teams to deliver successful customer outcomes. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute strategic prospecting plans for the largest accounts in the UK
- Identify new logo and pursue upsell opportunities to expand adoption of the Quest Trusted Data Management Platform
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders, including CIOs, Chief Data Officers, and Heads of Data
- Lead consultative sales engagements focused on customers' data strategies, governance initiatives, and data product development
- Analyze customer environments, industry trends, and organizational priorities to identify new opportunities for growth
- Provide feedback from strategic customers to internal teams to help shape go-to-market strategy and platform evolution
- Maintain a strong pipeline of strategic opportunities and achieve or exceed assigned annual sales targets
- Provide regular updates on account development, pipeline progression, and revenue forecasts
- Work closely with solution engineering, services, and partner teams to deliver successful customer outcomes
What We Are Looking For
- Strong sales experience with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Proven experience as an Enterprise Sales Executive or Account Manager in the data management, software, or IT industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Strong negotiation skills and a positive, problem-solving attitude
- Experience in Data Operations, Data Intelligence, Data Governance, or Data Management solutions is highly preferred
- Proficiency in CRM software and account management systems
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients
