About the Role
As an Enterprise Account Manager for Peak at UiPath, you will play a critical role in guiding businesses through their AI transformation journey.Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for a portfolio of Peak's enterprise growth accounts.
- Develop and execute account plans to enhance renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews, Executive Briefings, and maintain Success Plans.
- Collaborate with Solution Engineering and Technical teams for seamless AI adoption and customer value maximization.
- Forge strong relationships with stakeholders from end users to C-suite executives.
- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform customer strategies.
- Share structured feedback with teams to influence product development and marketing.
- Prepare accurate forecasts of revenue and renewal timelines.
