What You Will Do

  • Contribute to the development of project and data delivery platforms with reusable components across teams
  • Lead and coordinate domain technical and business discussions relative to future architecture direction
  • Analyze, design, and develop a roadmap and implementation plan based on current and future state architectures
  • Review and analyze architectural requirements at the domain level within the product portfolio or team
  • Participate in the enterprise architecture domain governance model
  • Lead the research and evaluation of emerging technology, industry, and market trends
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business outcomes
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and technical specifications
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math) with significant experience
  • Technical expertise in enterprise architecture, including the ability to analyze, design, and develop software solution roadmaps
  • Working knowledge of configuration choices and related cost implications
  • Experience with complex solution configurations and the ability to sustain operational stability throughout the project lifecycle
  • Strong business acumen, including the ability to navigate the organizational matrix and articulate the value of technical solutions to business leaders
  • Leadership skills, including the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Six Sigma Green Belt Certification or equivalent quality certification
  • Ability to work in a remote environment, with a strong focus on self-motivation and discipline

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud-based technologies, including AWS or Azure
  • Knowledge of agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
  • Certification in enterprise architecture, such as TOGAF or Zachman
