Job Description

About the Role

The Enterprise Business Development Representative position at Airbyte is a critical component of the company's expansion into the enterprise market. As a key member of the sales team, you'll be responsible for identifying and engaging with key decision-makers at top enterprise accounts. Your primary goal will be to generate high-quality sales meetings and drive revenue growth. You'll work closely with the Enterprise Account Executives and GTM Engineers to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy.

What You Will Do

  • Hunt and prospect into enterprise accounts to generate sales meetings with stakeholders across all levels
  • Create personalized, compelling outbound outreach at scale to build relationships and drive qualified sales meetings
  • Partner closely with Enterprise Account Executives and GTM Engineers to generate pipeline and exceed revenue goals
  • Develop a deep understanding of the enterprise data and AI landscape, customer challenges, and how Airbyte helps organizations unlock the full value of their data
  • Gather and share customer insights with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to continuously improve our go-to-market approach
  • Conduct research to identify key decision-makers and influencers within target accounts
  • Utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to track and manage sales activities
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute account plans
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to improve sales strategies and tactics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to maintain a competitive edge

What We Are Looking For

  • 1+ years of customer-facing sales experience, ideally in a B2B technology environment
  • Previous SDR/BDR experience is a plus but not required
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex concepts
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tools such as Nooks, Common Room, Claude, and Salesforce
  • A consistent, disciplined approach to high-volume prospecting, while maintaining relevance and quality across cold calls, emails, and follow-ups
  • Ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience with AI and machine learning technologies
