## About the Role As an Enterprise Growth Marketer at Hightouch, you will play a critical role in driving the company's growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing the systems and sequences that convert marketing-generated leads into qualified pipeline. This role sits at the intersection of sales development, email marketing, and AI-powered automation, requiring a unique blend of technical and creative skills. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact. The role entails day-to-day management of lead management processes, email marketing campaigns, and data analysis to optimize conversion rates. You will be part of a dynamic team that values first-principles thinking, efficiency, and kindness. Hightouch is a rare company that has built its success on the intersection of two fundamental technological shifts: advances in LLMs and agentic AI, and the creation and rapid adoption of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks.

## What You Will Do - Own the end-to-end follow-up process for demo requests, form submissions, and event leads - Build and optimize sequences in Unify to convert qualified demos to opportunities and increase MQL-to-S1 conversion rates - Develop and execute email marketing campaigns in HubSpot and Hightouch to drive engagement and conversion - Partner with the events and campaigns team to build prioritized follow-up sequences for every marketing activity - Manage the full overage communication cycle, owning messaging cadence, copy, and execution to drive expansion revenue from existing customers - Build triggered outbound campaigns in Unify based on business priorities, intent signals, and engagement data - Run experiments across subject lines, send times, copy, and sequencing to continuously improve email performance, open rates, reply rates, and conversion metrics - Own and report on key conversion metrics, including demo-to-opportunity rates, MQL-to-S1 rates, sequence engagement, and nurture-attributed revenue

## What We Are Looking For - 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, lead management, or a related field - Proven expertise in marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot - Strong understanding of sales development and email marketing principles - Experience with data analysis and reporting tools - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Experience with AI-powered marketing tools is a plus

## Nice to Have - Experience with Unify or similar marketing automation platforms - Knowledge of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake and Databricks - Familiarity with agile project management methodologies - Certification in marketing automation or a related field
