About the Role
The Enterprise Marketing Manager, Strategic Accounts role at Ramp is a high-impact position that requires designing and running campaigns for the company's most strategic accounts. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for building deeply customized programs that accelerate complex, multi-year enterprise commitments. You will report to the Enterprise & Strategic ABM Lead and work directly with senior GTM leadership on Ramp's most strategic and impactful accounts.Day-to-day, you will treat each account as its own market, developing a unique understanding of the customer's needs and creating tailored solutions to address them. Your work will have a direct impact on the company's pipeline growth, and you will be expected to measure the success of your campaigns using key metrics such as stage progression, meetings booked, and closed-won deals.
What You Will Do
- Run high-impact named-account campaigns for enterprise opportunities, including buying committee research, multi-channel play design, and execution across direct mail, gifting, executive engagement, field events, and tailored content.
- Design and execute bespoke marketing moments that turn stalled deals into wins, such as well-timed executive dinners or hand-delivered custom gifts.
- Test bold tactics and measure their effectiveness using data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with the sales team to co-author the narrative on must-win accounts and provide marketing support to drive pipeline growth.
- Productize bespoke marketing solutions to create a repeatable motion that can be scaled across the team.
- Work with the broader ABM team to route accounts between high-touch and scaled treatment based on deal signal.
- Feed what works back into shared programs to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the customer's needs and preferences.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for growth.
What We Are Looking For
- 3-5+ years of experience owning pipeline-influencing marketing work, including integrated campaigns, ABM, demand gen, field marketing, or growth marketing.
- A track record of campaigns that moved named accounts, not just campaigns that generated leads.
- Deep comfort with Sales and the ability to hold your own in deal-strategy conversations.
- Fluency with tools such as Salesforce, intent data, gifting platforms, direct mail vendors, and event ops.
- Sharp creative judgment about what actually moves a CFO, Controller, or VP Finance, and the execution chops to act on it.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.

- Experience working with 6sense, Demandbase, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.
- Familiarity with data analysis and performance metrics.
- Certification in marketing or a related field.
