As part of the Asana team, you will be working closely with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business value. Your role will involve serving as a trusted advisor, building influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users, and driving the adoption of Asana's work graph to deliver unmatched value with scalability and consistency.
What You Will Do
- Masterfully navigate complex account landscapes and leverage data to optimize existing solutions and identify exciting new use cases.
- Anticipate roadblocks and objections with foresight, crafting win-win solutions that ensure all stakeholders see the value of your vision and Asana.
- Drive revenue and grow businesses by leveraging your negotiation skills and data-driven insights to secure long-term partnerships.
- Partner seamlessly with SDRs, Field Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and business value.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, building influential relationships from C-level executives to end-users.
- Deepen the usage of the whole work graph, resulting in delivering unmatched value with scalability and consistency.
- Identify and overcome technical, educational, and competitive challenges, driving successful, long-term growth and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing relationships.
- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify new sales opportunities.
What We Are Looking For
- 4+ years of experience selling directly into the Enterprise segment and 8+ years of experience closing business, with a mastery of MEDDPICC and Challenger Sales.
- Proven ability to close deals with consistently high quota attainment.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to leverage data-driven insights.
- Experience in building and maintaining influential relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Strong understanding of the sales landscape and the ability to anticipate and overcome challenges.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Experience working with global teams and familiarity with digital collaboration tools.

- Experience in the project management software industry or a related field.
- Knowledge of Asana's products and services.
- Certification in sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC or Challenger Sales.
- Fluency in additional languages, particularly those spoken in the Nordic region.
