About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Development Representative at Secomea, you will be at the forefront of the company's sales organization, playing a pivotal role in driving growth across North America. This position involves working closely with the well-established EMEA team, ensuring a cohesive and strategic approach to sales development. Day-to-day, you will be researching companies within the industrial sector, identifying potential needs and challenges, and setting up qualified first appointments for the sales team. What You Will Do

  • Research and identify potential clients within the industrial sector
  • Analyze companies to understand their needs and challenges
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage with potential clients
  • Set up qualified first appointments for the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of leads
  • Continuously update and refine the sales strategy based on market feedback
  • Utilize digital tools and platforms for sales development and lead generation
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales strategies

What We Are Looking For

  • 1-3 years of experience in sales or sales development
  • A commercial and curious mindset with a strong ability to understand client needs
  • Fluency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
  • Experience working in a remote environment with the ability to self-motivate
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a global team
  • Familiarity with CRM software and other sales development tools
