About the Role

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at Arine, you will play a critical role in driving the company's sales growth and expansion. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers at health plans, assessing market opportunities, and identifying innovative solutions to drive long-term value for clients. As a sales executive, you will become an expert on Arine's platform, services, and value proposition, and will be responsible for taking ownership of a defined regional territory. You will own the sales process, building pipeline from prospecting to final contracting, and will be expected to close multi-year contracts with new clients.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum of 10 years of sales or client management experience in the healthcare industry
  • Proven track record of execution, innovation, and passion for growth
  • Foundational understanding of CMS Stars programs and health plan affordability strategies
  • Strong knowledge of health plans and the healthcare industry
  • Experience with sales forecasting and pipeline management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools
