About the Role
Elevenlabs is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to work closely with their sales teams and customers to deliver technical solutions that meet the needs of their growing customer base. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for scaling the company's technical solutions, improving internal processes, and supporting sales teams to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for AI, technology, and customer-centric problem-solving, as well as excellent collaboration and communication skills.The role will involve working with a talented team of engineers, account executives, and customers to deliver bespoke technical solutions that showcase the value proposition of Elevenlabs' products. You will be expected to craft compelling technical demonstrations, create technical enablement resources, and build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these a reality
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and technology stack
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies
- Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical expertise and support
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the AI or technology industry
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with AI-powered solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop creative solutions
- Experience working with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand the commercial implications of technical decisions
- Experience with sales teams and processes, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance
- Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively
