Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Brazil

About the Role

The Solutions Engineer role is integral to the company's success, as it bridges the gap between technical capabilities and business needs. You will work closely with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring that customers understand the value proposition of Elevenlabs' products. The team context is collaborative, with a focus on rapid experimentation, lean autonomous teams, and minimal bureaucracy.

What You Will Do

• Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these real
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and their applications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and voice platforms
• Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for solutions engineering

What We Are Looking For

• Experience working with customers on technical problems and a proven ability to iterate and improve solutions
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and the ability to learn new technologies quickly
