About the Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer, you will play a crucial role in unlocking the full potential of this platform for a growing customer base. Your mission is to efficiently scale technical solutions, enhance sales processes, and provide bespoke support to customers. The Enterprise Solutions Engineer role is part of a driven team that values collaboration, creativity, and commitment to excellence. You will work closely with Account Executives, sales teams, and customers to identify opportunities, craft compelling technical demonstrations, and build self-service tools. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance technical aspects of the sales process
  • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
  • Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
  • Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
  • Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently
  • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these real
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the AI voice platform, its applications, and its potential
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in AI and solutions engineering

What We Are Looking For
