Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Europe

About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer role is a key part of Elevenlabs' go-to-market strategy, and you will be expected to make significant contributions to the company's revenue growth. What You Will Do

• Collaborate with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
• Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
• Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Elevenlabs' products
• Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
• Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
• Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with the product teams to make these a reality
• Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in AI and technology
• Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical expertise and support
• Develop and deliver training and support materials to customers and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role, preferably in a sales engineering or solutions engineering capacity
• Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and experience with AI and machine learning technologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high degree of autonomy and flexibility
• Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the sales process and the ability to drive revenue growth
• Experience working with customers and partners to develop and implement solutions
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Nice to Have

• Experience working with cloud-based technologies, such as AWS or Azure
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and methodologies, such as Agile and Scrum
• Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment
• Strong programming skills, preferably in languages such as Python or Java
• Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
