About the Role
The Enterprise Solutions Engineer role at Elevenlabs is a critical position that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and collaboration skills. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with account executives, product teams, and customers to scale the company's voice AI platform. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve crafting technical demonstrations, creating enablement resources, and identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns. What You Will Do
- Collaborate strategically with account executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these a reality
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and voice technology
- Provide feedback and insights to the product and engineering teams to inform product development
- Participate in the development of sales strategies and account plans
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
- Passion for AI, technology, and Elevenlabs' products
- Experience working with customers on technical problems and iterating on solutions
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with voice AI or related technologies is a plus
- Fluency in German is a requirement
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the tech industry
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles
- Ability to travel for work, as needed
Nice to Have
- Experience with Elevenlabs' products or similar voice AI platforms
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
- Familiarity with sales and marketing tools, such as CRM or marketing automation software
