What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring alignment with customer needs and company goals.
  • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions tailored to their requirements.
  • Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Elevenlabs' products and services.
  • Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency, ensuring they are well-equipped to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently, reducing support queries and enhancing customer experience.
  • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to bring these to market.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring Elevenlabs' solutions continue to meet their expectations.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes, leveraging feedback from customers and the sales team to inform enhancements.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI, voice technology, and related fields, applying this knowledge to improve solutions and services offered by Elevenlabs.

What We Are Looking For

  • Strong technical background, with experience in AI, voice technology, or related fields.
