Job Description

About the Role

The Enterprise Solutions Engineer position at Elevenlabs is a key role that involves working closely with the sales team and customers to unlock the full potential of the company's voice AI platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will be responsible for scaling technical solutions to enterprise customers, improving internal processes, and supporting sales teams. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

The day-to-day responsibilities of this role will include collaborating with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions, and crafting compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition. You will also be responsible for creating technical enablement resources, building self-service tools and documentation, and identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features.

What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
  • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
  • Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
  • Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
  • Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
  • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features
  • Work with the product teams to make productized features a reality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and technology
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in AI and voice technology
