About the Role
As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Elevenlabs, you will play a critical role in unlocking the full potential of the company's voice AI platform for a growing customer base. Your primary focus will be on efficiently scaling technical solutions to meet the needs of enterprise customers, both directly and by improving internal processes and supporting sales teams. You will be part of a driven team that is passionate about delivering seamless and intelligent customer experiences.The role entails working closely with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, as well as collaborating with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions. You will also be responsible for crafting compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition.
What You Will Do
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features, and work with product teams to make these a reality
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and technologies
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to drive innovation and growth
