About the Role
Elevenlabs is seeking an exceptional Enterprise Solutions Engineer to join its team in North America. As a key member of the solutions engineering team, you will work closely with account executives, customers, and product teams to unlock the full potential of Elevenlabs' voice AI platform. Your mission will be to efficiently scale technical solutions to a growing customer base, both directly and by improving internal processes and supporting sales teams.The role involves collaborating strategically with account executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, working directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers, and crafting compelling technical demonstrations. You will also create technical enablement resources, build self-service tools and documentation, and identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features.

What You Will Do
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently
- Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these real
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and technology
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in AI and voice platforms
