Job Description

About the Role

As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Elevenlabs, you will be at the forefront of the company's mission to transform how we interact with technology. Your primary focus will be on working closely with the sales team to identify and address the technical needs of enterprise customers, ensuring seamless integration of Elevenlabs' voice AI platform. This is a critical role that requires a unique blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and interpersonal skills.

The day-to-day responsibilities will involve collaborating with account executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, working directly with customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions, and crafting compelling technical demonstrations to clearly communicate the product's value proposition. You will also be responsible for creating technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency, as well as identifying opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features.

Your success in this role will be measured by your ability to efficiently scale technical solutions to a growing customer base, both directly and by improving internal processes and supporting sales teams. What You Will Do

  • Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process
  • Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide bespoke support and architect solutions
  • Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the product's value proposition
  • Create technical enablement resources to amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency
  • Build self-service tools and documentation to empower customers to implement solutions independently
  • Identify opportunities to productize common integration patterns or features and work with product teams to make these a reality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Elevenlabs' products and technology
  • Provide input on product roadmap and feature development based on customer and market feedback
  • Participate in sales calls and meetings to provide technical expertise and support
  • Develop and deliver training sessions for customers and internal teams on product capabilities and best practices

What We Are Looking For

  • Passion for AI, technology, and Elevenlabs products
  • Experience working directly with customers on technical problems and solutions
  • Strong proficiency in Excel and other relevant tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with minimal bureaucracy
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity environment with rapid experimentation and lean autonomous teams
  • Experience with AI-driven technologies and platforms is a significant plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box
