What You Will Do

• Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your knowledge of AI and its applications to demonstrate the value of Elevenlabs' solutions.
• Work closely with customers to understand their current challenges and future goals, tailoring your approach to meet their unique needs.
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven solutions using Python and other relevant technologies, ensuring these solutions are scalable, secure, and meet the high standards of Elevenlabs.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions, and demos to educate customers about the capabilities and benefits of Elevenlabs' platforms.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation of solutions designed and implemented for customers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and voice technology, identifying opportunities to enhance Elevenlabs' offerings and improve customer outcomes.
• Participate in the development of sales strategies and marketing materials, bringing a technical perspective to these efforts.
• Manage and maintain existing customer relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including product development, to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends, influencing the roadmap of Elevenlabs' products.
• Develop and execute proof-of-concepts to demonstrate the feasibility and potential of new technologies or features for key customers.

What We Are Looking For
