As an Enterprise Solutions Engineer at Elevenlabs, you will be at the forefront of helping businesses unlock the full potential of voice AI. What You Will Do
- Collaborate strategically with Account Executives to enhance the technical aspects of the sales process, ensuring a smooth and informed customer journey.
- Work directly with technical contacts from customers and prospective customers to provide tailored support and architect solutions that meet their specific needs.
- Craft compelling technical demonstrations that clearly communicate the value proposition of Elevenlabs' voice AI platform.
- Create technical enablement resources that amplify the sales team's effectiveness and technical fluency, enabling them to better support customers.
- Build self-service tools and documentation that empower customers to implement solutions independently, reducing the need for external support.
- Identify opportunities to productise common integration patterns or features and work with the product teams to develop these into scalable solutions.
- Conduct workshops, training sessions, or webinars to educate customers and internal stakeholders about the capabilities and best practices of the voice AI platform.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI and voice technology, applying this knowledge to improve the solutions and services offered by Elevenlabs.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customer contacts, ensuring high customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
What We Are Looking For
