About the Role
The Enterprise Account Executive role is a critical position at name, responsible for growing new customer accounts and expanding existing relationships in the construction software industry. As a key member of the sales team, you will be expected to utilize your strong sales skills, business acumen, and technical aptitude to drive revenue growth. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise-level clients, developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify new sales opportunities.
What You Will Do
- Prospect and develop new leads in the Enterprise space, discovering their needs and uncovering pain points
- Demonstrate how name's solutions can address critical business needs and drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product sales executives and sales engineers, to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain long-term sales and territory plans to drive revenue growth
- Communicate with prospective customers, making outbound calls and following up on leads
- Understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities, constantly building pipeline
- Keep up-to-date on product information and enhancements, as well as relevant industry updates
- Research, develop, and maintain a deep understanding of the construction software industry and emerging trends
- Close sales and achieve sales targets, consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Stay organized and manage multiple priorities, meeting deadlines and achieving sales targets
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience successfully selling SaaS solutions, preferably in the construction software industry
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual sales quotas, with a strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Exemplary presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Advanced selling capabilities, including strategic planning, customer relationships, negotiation, and closing skills
- Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Google Suite products, with the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the construction software industry and emerging trends
- Excellent negotiating and closing skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Willingness and ability to travel within the United States and/or Canada up to 50% of the time, with an average of +/- 20%

- Prior experience in the construction industry, with a deep understanding of the industry's unique challenges and opportunities
- Experience selling SaaS solutions to enterprise-level clients, with a strong understanding of the sales process and key decision-makers
