Job Description

About the Role

BCD Travel is seeking an Entertainment Travel Consultant II to join their team. As a key member of the Media & Entertainment division, you will be responsible for managing travel reservations and providing consultation to clients.

Responsibilities

  • Search and confirm travel reservations for clients
  • Provide consultation on client travel policies and industry information
  • Fulfill requests regarding regulations and requirements
  • Review operational processes and seek opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Extensive Travel Agent experience (Sports, Entertainment, or Media experience preferred)
  • Working knowledge of the travel industry and GDS Sabre
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to work 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET and on weekends
