About the Role
The Entry Level Administrative Professional plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of PULSEMEDIA (APAC)'s internal teams. As a remote administrative professional, you will be responsible for providing organizational and coordination support to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects. You will be working closely with cross-functional teams, managing operational tasks, and contributing to the continuous improvement of administrative and office support functions. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in digital operations, process execution, and team support. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the company's ability to deliver high-quality results and achieve its goals. - Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams
- Assist with scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting preparation
- Support internal handoffs, documentation, and task follow-ups to ensure alignment
- Help maintain organized workflows and standardized processes across teams
- Manage and update internal documents, trackers, and shared resources
- Support onboarding tasks for new team members, including coordination and documentation
- Assist with basic reporting, data entry, and record management
- Identify opportunities to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency
- Serve as a reliable point of contact for internal requests and operational needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally across remote teams
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
What We Are Looking For
- 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to Learn and take initiative
- Basic experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
