About the Role

The Entry Level Administrative Professional plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of PULSEMEDIA's internal teams. As a key member of the operations support function, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of administrative tasks, coordinating with various teams, and contributing to process improvements. Your work will have a direct impact on the team's ability to focus on high-impact projects, driving business growth and success.

In this role, you will work closely with multiple departments, including operations, marketing, and sales, to provide administrative support and ensure seamless communication. You will be responsible for managing and updating internal documents, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records and data. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to prioritize tasks will be essential in this fast-paced environment.

As a remote team member, you will be expected to be self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable, with a strong ability to work independently and as part of a distributed team. You will be comfortable with digital tools and technologies, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other productivity software.

What You Will Do

  • Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to internal teams

  • 0-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or support role
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment and managing multiple priorities
  • Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take initiative
  • Basic experience with productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar)
