About the Role

The ERP EAM Functional Consultant role at Infosys Limited is a challenging and rewarding position that requires a deep understanding of SAP EAM and S/4HANA. What You Will Do

  • Work with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Implement SAP EAM and S/4HANA solutions, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure that solutions are technically sound and meet client requirements
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure a smooth transition to the new system
  • Provide support and maintenance services to clients after the implementation
  • Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop proposals
  • Develop and maintain documentation, including functional specifications and user manuals
  • Participate in quality assurance and testing to ensure that solutions meet the required standards
  • Collaborate with other teams, including the ABAP team, to ensure that solutions are integrated and meet the client's requirements

What We Are Looking For

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP EAM, with a deep understanding of Plant Maintenance processes
  • Proven experience in implementing SAP EAM and S/4HANA solutions
  • Strong knowledge of SAP EAM and S/4HANA, including configurations, customizations, and integrations
  • Experience working with clients to understand their business requirements and design solutions that meet their needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with clients and teams effectively
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex business problems and design solutions
  • Experience working in a global delivery environment, with a strong understanding of cultural and language differences
  • Strong knowledge of SAP MDG (Master Data Governance) and SAP EAM Cloud tools
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with SAP APM (Asset Performance Management) and SAP Asset Manager
  • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Cloud, including implementation and migration
  • Experience working with global teams, including offshore resources
  • Strong presentation and training skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and training sessions
  • Experience working with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, oil and gas, and utilities
