## About the Role As an ERP EAM/PM Functional Consultant at Infosys, you will be part of a high-growth environment that values entrepreneurial spirit and diversity. ## What You Will Do - Lead the SAP PM workstream on S/4HANA implementation, rollout, or conversion programs - Own solution design decisions for end-to-end plant maintenance and asset management processes - Ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery of PM scope across project phases - Manage dependencies and risks across PM, EAM, and integrated SAP modules - Act as the primary SAP PM trusted advisor for client stakeholders - Lead executive-level discussions on maintenance strategy, asset reliability, and S/4HANA roadmap - Translate complex business challenges into scalable SAP S/4HANA PM solutions - Drive fit-to-standard and process harmonization discussions using SAP best practices - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP PM with other modules - Develop and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders at operational and managerial levels

## What We Are Looking For - Minimum 10+ years of S/4HANA consulting experience with at least 2-3 full lifecycle implementation in SAP PM - Proven experience working in a client-facing role within a consulting environment - Deep expert-level knowledge of SAP PM in S/4HANA - Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution - Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PM Fiori apps - Solid understanding of integration with modules such as MM, WH, QM, FI/CO, and EWM - SAP Certified in PM modules (added bonus) - Working knowledge of Agile project delivery frameworks - Experience in global delivery and working with offshore resources - Good communication skills with professional level English and proactive attitude

## Nice to Have - Experience with other ERP systems, such as Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics - Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements - Familiarity with cloud-based SAP solutions - Certification in SAP S/4HANA or related modules
