Docplanner, a leading healthcare platform present in 13 countries, is seeking an experienced Especialista em CS Ops to join their team remotely.Responsibilities
- Leading and executing CS project fronts from start to finish
- Translating business objectives into structured action plans
- Coordinating project meetings and ensuring effective communication between teams
- Performing risk analyses and proposing mitigating solutions
- Monitoring project progress and keeping stakeholders informed
