Docplanner, a leading healthcare platform present in 13 countries, is seeking an experienced Especialista em CS Ops to join their team remotely.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and executing CS project fronts from start to finish
  • Translating business objectives into structured action plans
  • Coordinating project meetings and ensuring effective communication between teams
  • Performing risk analyses and proposing mitigating solutions
  • Monitoring project progress and keeping stakeholders informed
