About the Role
The Estimator plays a crucial role in supporting the estimation team at efficiently, a global productivity partner that helps businesses work smarter and scale faster. As a remote estimator, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and projects, from residential to commercial construction. The estimation team is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and project proposals, reviewing and analyzing construction blueprints, and coordinating with internal and US-based counterparts.The role of an estimator is essential in ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. As an estimator at efficiently, you will be working closely with the construction team to identify potential costs, quantify materials, and develop detailed estimates. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to work under pressure will be essential in delivering high-quality results.

What You Will Do
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and project proposals for residential and commercial projects
- Review and analyze construction blueprints, schedules, and specifications
- Utilize digitalized estimation software for material take-offs
- Clarify project scope and expectations through client interactions
- Monitor project tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Collaborate with US-based clients and procurement teams to ensure project standards and competitive pricing
- Maintain professional client relationships to support ongoing satisfaction and business growth
- Assist in documentation processes, purchase orders, meeting minutes, and supplier/vendor communications
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of construction standards and blueprints
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Strong attention to detail in analyzing construction drawings
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and AutoCAD
- Basic mathematical competency with strong analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with international teams
- Knowledge of construction standards and blueprints
Nice to Have
- 0-2 years of experience in cost estimation or related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and any Estimation tool
- Familiarity with construction standards and blueprint reading
- Experience with International projects
- Knowledge of CSI MasterFormat or similar estimation standards
