What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project administration, or similar roles, preferably in a government or contractor environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent events and resources
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
  • Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to work with spreadsheets and basic data analysis
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to senior leadership and government stakeholders
  • Proactive problem-solving mindset, with the ability to work independently and make decisions that mitigate risk
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Saviom, SharePoint) and reporting platforms (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau)
