About the Role
The Event Manager role at SOFTSWISS is a key position that entails delivering high-quality internal events, leadership meetings, and employee engagement initiatives across the organization. As an Event Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing internal corporate events, team-building activities, and special projects. You will work directly with senior stakeholders, including C-level leadership, to support strategic projects and improve team collaboration. The role is part of the compact People & Corporate Initiatives team, and you will be expected to work independently to manage complex projects from planning to execution. With the rise of remote work, having strong digital skills and the ability to work with virtual teams is essential.What You Will Do
- Plan and deliver internal corporate events, leadership meetings, and team-building activities across multiple locations and formats
- Coordinate special projects and initiatives requested by C-level executives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
- Develop and improve team-building and employee engagement processes in collaboration with HR and leadership stakeholders
- Manage end-to-end logistics for events, including vendors, travel coordination, and on-site execution when required
- Support internal communication initiatives linked to corporate culture and employee experience
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment of events with business priorities and strategic goals
- Work closely with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives
- Conduct regular feedback sessions with employees to improve event experiences
- Analyze event metrics to improve future events and initiatives
What We Are Looking For
- Russian language skills at B2 level or higher
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in corporate event management or 5+ years in agency-side event delivery
- Strong experience working with senior stakeholders and C-level executives
- Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from planning to execution
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Experience with digital tools and platforms for event management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
